Burnsville, MN (ContentDesk) July 8, 2004 -- One of Minnesota's oldest community celebrations will attempt to set a world record this fall when they line up fire trucks from across the nation to participate in the 25th annual Fire Muster fire truck parade.
Fire trucks and fire fighters from across the state and across the nation will participate in this event."We've always had a large parade of fire trucks" said Penny Johnson, Publicity Chair for the all-volunteer, nonprofit group that coordinates the Fire Muster each year.
"But this year we wanted to make it really, really big so we decided to go for the world's record" she added.The Burnsville Fire Muster is an annual community celebration that features music, food, fireworks, games and of course, fire trucks.
